Juice WRLD’s Death Ruled as Oxycodone and Codeine Overdose

American Rapper and singer Juice WRLD’s death has been revealed to be as a result of oxycodone and codeine toxicity, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

It has been determined by the medical examiner that he death was more like an accident.

Juice WRLD, 21, died at a hospital after taking an overdose of some substances and suffering convulsions and seizures shortly after arriving at Chicago’s Midway International Airport on December 8, 2019.

Following a report by the pilot flying the rapper in a private jet where he reported that drugs and guns were on-board, Chicago police were called to the airport to assist federal authorities investigate the plane.

The plane was searched and, they found 41 bags of what was suspected to be marijuana, six prescription bottles of suspected liquid codeine and three firearms, according to a police statement.

However, the plane’s occupants all denied ownership of the package.

Juice WRLD who suffered a seizure during the search, was administered Narcan a drug used to reverse effects of opoid overdose, but he gave up.
