Sara Lee (June 7, 1992 – October 6, 2022) was an American television personality and professional wrestler best known for her time in the American promotion WWE from 2015 to 2016. Lee won the sixth season of the WWE competition Tough Enough in 2015, earning a one-year contract with the company.

Sara Lee Biography

Lee was born in Hope Township, Michigan, and raised there. She used to compete in powerlifting.

Lee was one of thirteen finalists for the sixth season of the WWE competition Tough Enough in June 2015.

After being eliminated five times during the competition, Lee was chosen as one of the winners by fan vote on August 25, along with Josh Bredl, earning a $250,000 one-year contract with WWE. Lee used the ring name Hope in the final and lost a singles match to Alicia Fox.

Lee was assigned to WWE’s developmental territory NXT, which is based at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, in September to begin training.

Returning to her real name, Lee made her NXT debut on January 16, 2016, at a live event, where she delivered a heel promo. She made her in-ring debut on January 30th during a six-Diva tag team match with fellow Tough Enough competitor Mandy Rose. Lee was released from her WWE contract on September 30, 2016.

Lee was training at the Team Vision Dojo in Orlando, Florida at the time of her death.
