Halyna Hutchins Husband – Matt Hutchins is the husband of Halyna Hutchins, a renowned cinematographer. Matt Hutchins, the husband of slain cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, spoke out about his wife’s death on the set of “Rust” on Friday night, saying that their “loss is enourmous.”
“Halyna inspired us all with her passion and vision, and her legacy is too meaningful to encapsulate in words,” Matt Hutchins tweeted on Saturday, along with a photo of Halyna and their son. “Our loss is enormous.”
Hutchins earned a master’s degree in international journalism from Kyiv National University. She was also a graduate of the AFI Conservatory, according to the Los Angeles Times. She was also named one of American Cinematographers’ Rising Stars in 2019.
Halyna worked as an investigative journalist for British Documentary Productions before going to Los Angeles.
