Daphne Wayans is a television personality from the United States. She is best known as the ex-wife of the FOX sketch comedy In Living Color creator Keenen Ivory Wayans.
Daphne and Keenen first met through a mutual friend, actor Eddie Murphy. Jolie, Nala, Keenen Jr, Bella, and Daphne are the couple’s five children. Although the couple divorced in 2005, they remain close friends.
Daphne currently serves on the board of the New Village Leadership Academy, a private elementary school founded by actor Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith in Calabasas, California.
VH1 announced the addition of Daphne to the cast of the reality television series Hollywood Exes on September 12, 2012. Despite being a member of the original cast that pitched the show to VH1, she chose not to appear in the first season.
