Frazier is the middle son of Arcina (Jacobs) Pyatt. After his father abandoned him when he was seven years old, he and his two brothers were raised by his single mother in Wilmington, North Carolina.

He was the American Hospital Association’s Senior Vice President of Member Relations from 2017 to 2018.
He oversaw the association’s efforts to assist hospitals and communities in Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands in their long-term recovery from Hurricane Maria.
He was Air Methods Corporation’s Senior Advisor Strategic Relations and Head of Government Relations, where he led business engagement with the health field, aviation industry, and federal, state, and local governments to effect policy, law, and rule change.
He has appeared as a FOX 31 Political Analyst, an NBC-affiliate 9News ‘Political Expert,’ and was a previous regular on FOX Business’ ‘The Willis Report’ All-Star Panel and FOX News Channel ‘Hannity’s’ Great American Panel.
