Uchenna Eleazar Ikonne is a Nigerian optometrist, politician and former vice chancellor of Abia state university, Uturu Nigeria. He was appointed as the 7th Substantive Vice-Chancellor of Abia State University in December 2015. Previously, he was the Rector of Abia State Polytechnic in Aba (on Rescue Mission) from 2014 to 2015.
