Chioma Ikokwu, (born on June 25, 1989) often known as Chioma Goodhair, is a Nigerian attorney, businesswoman, and executive coach. Along with Kika Osunde, she is the co-founder and CEO of Good Hair Ltd. and Brass and Copper Restaurant & Lounge. She is the founder of The Good Way Foundation, an organization with a strong focus on raising awareness of sickle cell illness.

Ikokwu was born in Lagos, Nigeria, on June 25, 1989. She studied at the University of Birmingham, where she earned an LL.B in 2010.

She earned a distinction while earning her LL.M. in International Environmental Law and International Commercial Arbitration from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies. In 2013, she was admitted to the Nigerian Bar after attending the Nigerian Law School.

Her charity aims to end poverty in Africa while also enhancing living circumstances, healthcare, and education for those who are less fortunate. The charity conducts research and campaigns for the de-stigmatization of those with sickle cell anemia.

Ikokwu was honored with a humanitarian award by the African Sickle Cell Foundation in New York while attending the round table conference at the UN headquarters, which focused on raising awareness of and managing sickle cell illness.
