Deon Lendore (October 28, 1992 – January 10, 2022) was a sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago who excelled in the 400 meters.
At the 2011 Pan American Junior Athletics Championships in Miramar, Florida, Lendore took silver in the 400 meters. He was 29 years old when he died in an automobile accident in Texas on January 10, 2022.

Soccer and video games are two of his other passions. He chose Texas A&M since he discovered they had a fantastic track program and are excellent at creating athletes.
He attended Queen’s Royal College in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, and graduated in 2009.
In 2011, he finished second in the Pan Am Juniors in the 400 meters, running a personal best of 46.50 in Miramar, Florida.
He also competed in the prelims of the 4 x 400 for Trinidad & Tobago at the IAAF World Championships in Daegu, South Korea.
With a 45.21 in Albuquerque, he won his first NCAA title in the 400 meters, competing in the third section of the final alongside Florida’s Arman Hall (45.52) and Oregon’s Mike Berry (45.64). It was the second-fastest winning time in NCAA Indoor Championships history, trailing only Florida’s Kerron Clement’s world record of 44.57 achieved in 2005.
