Sevilla continued to appear on Philippine television. In the 1970s, she starred alongside Pancho Magalona and Chicháy in the comedy Ang Biyenan kong Mangkukulam. She also created and starred in the sitcom Mommy Ko si Mayor with fellow Cebuana Flora Gasser and their three children, Mat, Dandin Lilibeth, and Suzette. In the drama Be Careful With My Heart, Sevilla also played a supporting role.

She was born in Cebu City, Philippines, on January 31, 1932.

For her contributions to Visayan-made movies in the Philippines in the 1950s and 1960s, Sevilla was dubbed the “Queen of Visayan Movies.”
