Nurses Wear Polythene Bags To Treat Suspected Covid-19 Patient in Ogun State

Nurses were spotted wearing polythene bags as PPE in a hospital in Ogun State; the polythene bags served as a makeshift protective apparel for the health workers.

The nurses of the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun state were taking precautionary measures from being infected following a suspected covid-19 case.

Some days ago, two persons, including a pregnant woman who died on Saturday, tested positive for the virus in the hospital. The second person who was a 97-year-old man, who was transferred to the Ogun state COVID-19 isolation centre in Ikene.
