4. Suggestion letter from the parish priest or pastor of your denomination
5. Delivery certificates /nationwide inhabitants fee certificates
6. Candidates Native Authorities identification letter
7. Baptismal card
8. Writing materials (pen & pencil ) obtainable from the college bookshop
9. Two recordsdata (one faculty and one workplace file obtainable from the college bookshop)
