On Wednesday’s episode of “Today,” Justin Sylvester attempted to keep Jenna Bush Hager at arm’s length after she appeared to get a bit too near for comfort.
During a cookery segment, the “Daily Pop” star, 35, was getting chicken cooking instructions when Bush Hager, 40, stroked his back and put one arm around his shoulders.
Bush Hager refused to move when Sylvester leaned out of the way, but the “Beverly Hills Nannies” alum pushed her aside with one arm.
Bush Hager smiled at the snub, only to take another step closer to him.
When the author of “Sisters First” kept touching Sylvester’s back despite his arm still being held aloft between them, he looked up, smiled, and pushed her out of the way again.
Backing up, Bush Hager lifted her eyebrows at the cameras.
NBC viewers flocked to Instagram to criticize Bush Hager’s antics, with one calling them “not cool at all” and asking her to “keep her hands to herself” from now on.
